At Rosh Group of companies, we are having a division named "Rosh Technologies" and we are the distributor of "Rawlplug " for Telangana & Andrapradesh.At this operation we need Sales Managers and Sales Engineer (We wish to get the profiles from our competitors like, Hilti, Fisher).

The JD as follows: Mechanical & Civil Engineering background preferred with a min exp of 2 years in related domain. Building materials using in projects also accepted.

Sales Manager JD:

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • The area sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing concise sales reports.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Supporting Team members in performing on-site demonstrations.
  • Providing periodic stock forecast to support logistics team.
  • Monitoring stock movement and recommend stock liquidation plan for slow moving items with management.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

· Having experience in selling, either one of the below given products.

1. Anchor fasteners

2. Construction Chemicals

3. Power Tools

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical), marketing, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in project sales/Industrial sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Languages Known English, Hindi, Telugu.
  • Required on an immediate basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹239,234.10 - ₹1,089,056.88 per year
