Job Summary:
Amani Travel & Tourism is seeking an experienced and goal-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to expand our customer base in both B2C and B2B travel markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth across different markets
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (DSR, WSR, MSR)
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, provide coaching and support where needed
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify new market opportunities and lead generation strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns
• Conduct training and performance evaluations of the sales team
• Forecast sales performance, revenue trends, and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure CRM systems are updated and used effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Travel Consultant with leadership responsibilities
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM systems
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets consistently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred
