Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring agents, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support real estate sales agents to maximize productivity and success.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage client leads for property buying, selling, and renting.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Set sales targets for the team and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Allocate new leads to agents and provide support in negotiations and complex transactions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and market knowledge.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
