We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization’s market presence. This position requires deep knowledge of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads, manage follow-ups, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure individual and collective performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate client contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the education or EdTech sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong network and contacts within the education sector (colleges, training centers, etc.).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
