Your Tasks

  • Developing sales and marketing strategies for machinery in line with the general objectives of the company,
  • To build a strong sales pipeline and customer leads through active promotion of Everllence Power Segment related products in Türkiye,
  • Identify target projects and achieve defined order intake in Türkiye,
  • Ensuring the realization of planned sales/turnover figures,
  • Expanding the customer portfolio within the market,
  • Maintaining constant and close contact with the customers within the scope of the product, for which he/she is responsible, consisting of the ship owners, ship operators and shipyards and investors of land based power plants, and having accurate and up-to-date information about the status of the market, developments in the market and the activities of competitors,
  • Providing technical support/information to the customer by working in coordination with the relevant technical departments of HQ as required and in line with the demands of the customer,
  • Establishing coordination between the relevant sales departments of the parent companies abroad and the customer, forwarding the offer requests from the customers to HQ and ensuring that the offers received from HQ are delivered to the customer correctly in terms of technical and commercial conditions,
  • Ensuring regular exchange of information about project activities with the parent companies abroad, making mutual assessments and reporting regularly,
  • Support the establishment of project structure (consortium partner and key suppliers) in coordination with internal stakeholders. Negotiate contracts to reduce risks, find right solutions and sell at prices within the set frame
  • Develop and document the Sales Project tactics and activities in our CRM system
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitors’ activities, project opportunities, etc.
  • Regular travels mainly in Türkiye are required

Who You Are

For you to enjoy this position we believe that you are an open minded and flexible person who enjoys networking and building relationships. You must have a great technical knowledge, preferably combined with a commercial background. Other criteria are:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent technical background is desired, together with a commercial background
  • You have a detailed understanding of the business both at technical and commercial level
  • Seasoned sales experience with 5 to 10 years of related experience and a successful track record, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and/or complex products as engines and turbines
  • You are used to working with stakeholders in large companies
  • You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • You can work under time pressure and you are able to handle stress
  • You are service oriented, a team player with a flexible mindset
  • You have a very good communication and presentation skills,
  • You have an international business experience and orientation
  • You have ability to develop strategies,
  • You have confidence to communicate on all customer seniority levels,
  • Be fast in response to customer demands,
  • You are fluent (spoken and written) in English and Turkish; German is considered as a plus
