We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial GCC B2B Sales Manager to develop the sales of home appliance brands across the GCC region from scratch. This role is for someone who understands how to build a market entry roadmap, create demand, open new accounts, and close large-volume deals. The ideal candidate is resourceful, well-connected, and knows how to navigate B2B sales cycles in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

1. GCC Market Development:

  • Build and execute a complete GCC sales strategy for home appliance brands.
  • Identify priority markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • Develop a pipeline of B2B opportunities across all GCC countries.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking.

2. B2B Sales & Business Development

  • Target and sell to developers, contractors, real estate groups, project managers, and bulk purchasers.
  • Approach professionals who require appliances in volume (easier to convince than mass retail).
  • Generate leads, conduct presentations, and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Secure placements of brand products in new real estate projects, staff housing, hotels, and hospitality projects.

3. Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients.
  • Provide after-sales coordination between client and internal team.
  • Maintain regular reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Confirm technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on shipments, documentation, and logistics.
  • Suggest product improvements based on GCC market needs.

5. Marketing

  • Work with marketing teams to create presentations, catalogs, and promotional material.
  • Position the brands as competitive alternatives in the GCC B2B market.

Requirements:

  • Based in Dubai with GCC travel flexibility.
  • Experience in B2B home appliance sales, electronics, or project sales in GCC.
  • Strong network with developers, contractors, distributors, or procurement teams.
  • Proven ability to build sales channels from zero.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).
  • Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid UAE residency or eligibility for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Background

  • Experience selling appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, AC units, TVs, or kitchen appliances.
  • Experience with MEA, GCC, or international brands entering a new market.
  • Ability to secure governmental, semi-governmental, or private project deals.
