We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial GCC B2B Sales Manager to develop the sales of home appliance brands across the GCC region from scratch. This role is for someone who understands how to build a market entry roadmap, create demand, open new accounts, and close large-volume deals. The ideal candidate is resourceful, well-connected, and knows how to navigate B2B sales cycles in the GCC.Key Responsibilities1. GCC Market Development:<ul><li>Build and execute a complete GCC sales strategy for home appliance brands.</li><li>Identify priority markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.</li><li>Develop a pipeline of B2B opportunities across all GCC countries.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking.</li></ul>2. B2B Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Target and sell to developers, contractors, real estate groups, project managers, and bulk purchasers.</li><li>Approach professionals who require appliances in volume (easier to convince than mass retail).</li><li>Generate leads, conduct presentations, and build strong long-term relationships.</li><li>Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.</li><li>Secure placements of brand products in new real estate projects, staff housing, hotels, and hospitality projects.</li></ul>3. Key Account Management<ul><li>Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients.</li><li>Provide after-sales coordination between client and internal team.</li><li>Maintain regular reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates.</li><li>Confirm technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Follow up on shipments, documentation, and logistics.</li><li>Suggest product improvements based on GCC market needs.</li></ul>5. Marketing<ul><li>Work with marketing teams to create presentations, catalogs, and promotional material.</li><li>Position the brands as competitive alternatives in the GCC B2B market.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Based in Dubai with GCC travel flexibility.</li><li>Experience in B2B home appliance sales, electronics, or project sales in GCC.</li><li>Strong network with developers, contractors, distributors, or procurement teams.</li><li>Proven ability to build sales channels from zero.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).</li><li>Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.</li><li>Valid UAE residency or eligibility for visa sponsorship.</li></ul>Preferred Background<ul><li>Experience selling appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, AC units, TVs, or kitchen appliances.</li><li>Experience with MEA, GCC, or international brands entering a new market.</li><li>Ability to secure governmental, semi-governmental, or private project deals.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Sales Manager

1. Sales &ndash; Online &amp; Offline<ul><li>Promote and sell FMCG and cosmetic products to distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty stores, spas, and retailers.</li><li>Conduct market visits to generate leads and build strong B2B relationships.</li><li>Support B2C activities through events, pop-ups, activations, and direct customer outreach.</li><li>Present product benefits, negotiate deals, and close sales.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly progress reports.</li></ul>2. E-Commerce Management<ul><li>Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Marketplace, Careem Shops, and other UAE online platforms.</li><li>Optimize titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO for all listings.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock and listings remain updated.</li><li>Respond to customer queries and handle feedback, return requests, and product reviews.</li><li>Track online sales performance, advertising campaigns, and analytics.</li></ul>3. Marketing &amp; Social Media Support<ul><li>Assist in developing content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers.</li><li>Monitor comments, messages, and overall social media engagement.</li><li>Support sampling programs and brand visibility campaigns.</li></ul>4. Personal Assistant (PA) duties<ul><li>Organize the daily schedule, including meetings and appointments.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks such as Excel sheets, Word documents, and file management.</li><li>Manage day-to-day errands in Dubai (courier services, deliveries, post office, basic banking tasks, etc.).</li><li>Arrange bookings and reservations and follow up with service providers.</li><li>Track deadlines, reminders, and ongoing tasks.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Operations<ul><li>Oversee logistics, including local deliveries, courier pickups, and stock movement.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and accounting teams.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and operating expenses.</li><li>Conduct research and assist with reports and market analysis.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency (or eligible for visa sponsorship).</li><li>Experience in sales, cosmetics, FMCG, or e-commerce is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE retail and online marketplace ecosystems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.</li><li>Proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and online dashboards.</li><li>Driving licence is NOT required (a driver will be provided).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
