Sales Manager

As a “Manager Sales & Marketing” you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving business growth, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This position requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in sales and marketing activities to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

· Provide strategic direction to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear performance targets and objectives.

· Develop and implement effective sales processes to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

· Oversee the marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.

· Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

· Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.

· Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience in a managerial role with a track record of success in sales and marketing.

· In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

· Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

· Ability to handle high-stress situations and difficult customers with patience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
