Job Title: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven background in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding the company’s market presence, and nurturing key client relationships to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Air and Ocean Freight (Export, Import, and Cross Trade).
• Promote comprehensive company services, including:
• Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL)
• Air Freight (Export, Import, Cross Trade)
• Warehousing & Distribution
• Customs Clearance & Transportation
• Break Bulk / ODC Shipments
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to create competitive solutions and ensure service excellence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
• Oversee rate renewals, payment collections, and ongoing account management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (Air & Sea).
• Established customer base and network within the freight forwarding or logistics market.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and freight operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
