We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive sales of office products, including printers, scanners, photocopiers, and related solutions, while helping businesses improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales of office products, IT, or technology solutions
- Self-starter with a proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Effective team leader with excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to secure new clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and regularly review progress with management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic sales planning
- Provide daily updates on leads, pipeline, and prospective clients with a results-focused approach
- Monitor competitor products and market trends to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction
- Well-organized, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
