Role Overview
Responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling real estate projects developed by the company. Acts as the main point of contact for potential buyers, brokers, and investors, ensuring smooth communication and successful deal closure while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Handling

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and brokerage partners.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable units based on budget, preferences, and investment goals.
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, terms, and support clients in reaching a final decision.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings.

Project Knowledge & Presentation

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Explain master plans, floor plans, payment plans, construction updates, and legal documentation.
  • Stay updated on project launches, promotions, and pricing changes.

Documentation & Administration

  • Assist clients with reservation forms, booking documents, and KYC requirements.
  • Coordinate with the CRM, finance, and legal departments for smooth transaction flow.
  • Ensure accurate recording of client interactions, inquiries, and sales progress in CRM systems.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing models.
  • Provide management with insights on customer preferences and demand patterns.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Provide after-sales support, including coordination for SPA signing, payment follow-ups, and handover updates.
  • Maintain professionalism, transparency, and strong communication at all times.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, especially off-plan developments.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Requirement
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.
  • French and Russian or Arabic speakers preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
