We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Turkish market and oversee the entire sales cycle for B2B clients. This specialist knows how to build long-term partnerships and is ready to achieve ambitious KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in educational programs, EdTech, or international schools).\
  • Native Turkish Speaker.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, knowledge of various methodologies and approaches.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting and promoting Toronto Imperial School’s Canadian academic programs.
  • Working with the existing leads database and following up with leads after events.
  • Negotiating with schools, language centres, and educational agencies.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs (number of meetings, deals closed, students enrolled).
  • Building and expanding the partner network.
  • Participating in webinars and educational events.
  • Collaborating with the team and providing feedback to ensure a high-quality lead flow.
  • Working with analytics: tracking KPIs, monitoring conversion rates, and optimizing the sales funnel.

Nice to have but not a must:

  • Experience with educational programs and/or international schools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00TRY - 80,000.00TRY per month
