Key Responsibilities
Outbound & ABM Execution
Build and run targeted outbound sequences for global markets.
Use Loom video audits to deliver personalised ABM outreach.
Initially Generate a consistent pipeline of 15-30 SQL/week.
Maintain strong top-of-funnel velocity with 2–4 discovery calls/day.
Sales & Closing
Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Initially ready to achieve 6–7 closures/month delivering ₹15–18L in booked revenue.
Handle pricing negotiations, proposal delivery, and objection handling.
Maintain proposal TAT of < 48 hours.
Pipeline & Process Management
Manage a clean, structured pipeline worth ₹1–3Cr at all times.
Drive predictable revenue using well-defined processes and CRM hygiene.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with outbound ICPs.
Client Communication & Presentation
Deliver high-quality presentations and strategic recommendations.
Communicate with clarity using neutral/US/UK accent suitability.
Understand marketing, creative workflows, and consumer behaviour to pitch value effectively.
Educational & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA optional.
6–10 years experience in closing enterprise deals or retainers (SaaS, Agency, Martech, Adtech).
Preferred experience at agencies & SaaS companies:
Dentsu, WPP, Publicis, Performics, Schbang, Kinnect, Freshworks, Zoho, HubSpot Partners.
Proven achievements in:
Managing ₹1–3Cr pipelines
Closing ₹1.5L–₹10L+ monthly retainers
Running global ABM sales sequences
Core Skills
Strong ABM outbound strategy
Experience selling to US/UK/EU/UAE
Excellent verbal communication (neutral/US/UK accent)
Advanced negotiation, pricing, & proposal skills
High-impact presentation skills
Deep understanding of marketing/creative domains
Expertise in Loom video audits for personalised pitches
