Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify new business opportunities in the construction sector (builders, contractors, architects, developers, infrastructure companies).
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per management expectations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Follow up with clients for order finalization, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients.
Market Research
- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, new projects, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, site team, procurement, etc.) for project execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
