Sales Manager

Position Title: Regional Manager Sales
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Industry Preference: Banking or Fintech Background

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager – Sales to lead and grow our business in the Karachi region. The ideal candidate must have 3–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or fintech sector, with strong relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of digital/financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales targets and business growth
• Manage and mentor the sales team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of relevant sales experience
• Background in banking or fintech
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
