We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of Visa Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar managerial role, with strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Collaborate with the Business Setup division to explore and develop new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.
Requirements
