We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team of Visa Immigration Consultants. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar managerial role, with strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Setup division to explore and develop new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance; prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and visa processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in a Sales Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to regulatory and market changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
