Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments (e.g., e-commerce, SMEs, corporates).
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Lead the sales team to acquire new corporate, SME, and individual clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to close deals and upsell services.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to operations and marketing for product/service improvements.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Work with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation tactics.
