Position Summary: Leads and manages all sales activities to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, directing regional sales operations, and driving performance through effective leadership and collaboration with subordinate supervisors.


Essential Functions:

? Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
? Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
? Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities, adjust pricing strategies, and optimize sales margins.
? Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to achieve maximum productivity and engagement.

? Will manage and service strategic key accounts in the region
? Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and performance metrics.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers to support business growth.
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service.
? Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses to senior leadership.
? Oversee product positioning, standardization, and simplification to ensure profitability.
? Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote brand visibility and expand market presence.
? Support product development initiatives by relaying customer insights and market feedback.
? Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
? Manage departmental expenses to align with approved budgets and financial goals.
