We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a sales team, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective planning and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Oversee key client accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Generate and review sales leads from multiple channels including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare, review, and deliver persuasive product presentations, tenders, and sales proposals to high-value clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports, forecasts, and insights for management.
- Handle complex negotiations, contract closures, and after-sales service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience Required: Minimum 5–7 years in Sales (preferably in building materials, cement, steel, tiles, paints, or related industry)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
