Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth in the luxury and off-plan segments.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on investment opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine tactics.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market—particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets.
- Energetic, assertive, and a strong presence in client engagements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, French, or Russian is an advantage.
