Job Summary:
Al Shaali Moto is seeking a highly motivated and performance driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for the CFMOTO brand in the UAE. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer network, strengthening brand presence, and managing a high performing sales team across motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and powersports products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement short term and long term sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage, develop, and expand the dealer and distributor network across the UAE.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring clear KPIs and accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and emerging market segments.
- Work closely with marketing to execute product launches, promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with CFMOTO brand standards, company policies, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with aftersales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience in powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or the automotive industry.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in dealer management, B2B sales, and channel development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- UAE market experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
