Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong sales background to oversee daily operations, manage business development activities, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction operations combined with proven sales and client-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations related to excavation, equipment rental, and material supply.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with site teams, equipment operators, and logistics departments.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on payments.
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational or client-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in construction
• Strong sales and business development background (mandatory).
• Experience in excavation works, heavy equipment rental, or construction material supply is highly preferred.
• UAE experience is required; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Range from 7000 to 9000
• Performance-based incentives + Commission
• Visa+Car+Petrol Allowance

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
