Bear Mountain Custom Painting is a highly successful, full-service residential painting and remodeling Company located in Cumming, GA, proudly serving the North Atlanta Metro area. As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale our Sales Team.

This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional who excels at coaching, accountability, and execution. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, overseeing sales operations, and partnering closely with Marketing and Leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Conduct ride-alongs, ongoing training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
• Build team morale, accountability, and a winning sales culture
• Generate, review, and analyze sales reports and performance metrics
• Review and analyze quote appointments, rehash performance, and close rates
• Analyze appointment cancellations and implement corrective strategies
• Assist sales consultants with closing complex or high-value opportunities
• Own CRM usage, data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and reporting standards
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance
• Ensure the team consistently meets monthly and annual sales revenue goals
• Hold the team accountable to prospecting, activity, and conversion targets
• Incorporate and execute effective sales strategies and best practices
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing department on lead flow, campaigns, and messaging
• Approve sales commissions and assist with payroll accuracy
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and when necessary, discipline or terminate sales team members
• Enforce Company policies, procedures, and sales standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales goals
• Experience coaching, training, and managing sales teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
