We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on driving sales strategy, managing the local sales team, and developing strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors across major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth across all product lines in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage sales activities, including negotiation and closing of major projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, designers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver technical presentations and propose optimal commercial solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure proper project mapping.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor team performance and ensure accurate reporting through CRM systems.
Key Accounts & Market Intelligence
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars as required.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure pricing, offers, and contracts adhere to company guidelines.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Support budget preparation and sales planning for the Saudi market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or structural solutions sales.
- Proven experience managing a sales team in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong technical understanding of construction products and engineering solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
