Role Title: Sales Manager – Immersive & AI Technologies

Role Overview

Artistic Business Solutions is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the commercialization and market expansion of our Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), and AI-driven software solutions.

This role is responsible for creating, managing, and closing sales opportunities across high-impact sectors, including:

  • Education & Training Institutions
  • Military, Security & Civil Defense
  • Medical & Healthcare
  • Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
  • Soft Skills & Leadership Training
  • Technical & Hard Skills Workforce Training

The successful candidate will act as a strategic bridge between clients, technology partners, and Artistic’s technical teams, delivering immersive digital solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a sector-focused sales strategy for AR/VR/MR and AI software solutions in Qatar and the GCC.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify opportunities for software licensing, SaaS models, training platforms, and bundled hardware-software solutions.
  • Own revenue targets and contribute directly to company growth.

2. Sector-Focused Business Development

  • Lead client engagement across priority sectors:
  • Education & Academic Institutions
  • Military, Defense & Security Agencies
  • Medical & Healthcare Providers
  • HSE, Safety & Industrial Training
  • Corporate Soft & Hard Skills Training
  • Position immersive technology as a strategic training and operational tool, not just a visual experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and senior leadership.

3. Solution Design & Consultative Selling

  • Work closely with technical and content teams to design tailored AR/VR/MR and AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate client challenges into immersive training, simulation, and performance solutions.
  • Lead live demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.

4. Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Collaborate with global software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and content partners.
  • Align partner solutions with local market needs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and strategic alliances.

5. Account Management & Expansion

  • Manage key accounts post-sale to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and renewal.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software modules, users, and departments.
  • Support long-term digital transformation initiatives for clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or solution consulting.
  • Proven background in software solutions, immersive technologies, AI platforms, or advanced training systems.
  • Experience selling to government, semi-government, or large enterprise clients is highly preferred.

Technical & Commercial Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
  • AR / VR / MR / XR ecosystems
  • AI-driven training, simulation, and analytics platforms
  • Digital learning and skills development solutions
  • Ability to explain complex technologies in clear business language.
  • Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

Language & Communication

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives, technical teams, and procurement committees.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, demos, and industry events.
  • High level of professionalism and self-driven performance.
