Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Sales Managers to lead center-level sales operations, drive admissions, and ensure revenue growth through strong sales strategy, execution, and customer engagement.

The role requires ownership of admissions targets, partnerships, student counseling, and overall center sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Generate and manage leads through events, seminars, digital platforms, and referrals
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutions
  • Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Prepare sales and forecast performance reports
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
