Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients .
• Actively prospect and generate leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Present and promote courier services, pricing plans, and tailored logistics solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to suggest strategies for growth.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
• Provide regular sales reports, client feedback, and pipeline updates to management.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or related services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer base.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
