Job Description – Sales Manager

Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales operations. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, skilled in team management, and capable of setting and achieving ambitious sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, daily reporting discipline, and a willingness to travel for business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor performance regularly.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
- Ensure daily reporting, documentation, and sales monitoring are maintained accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Other: Valid four-wheeler driving license, willingness to travel, and ability to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
