Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and monitor performance
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Team Management & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Handle high-value negotiations and close strategic deals
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Business Development

  • Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales documentation
  • Present regular sales performance updates to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
