Sales Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and monitor performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Handle high-value negotiations and close strategic deals
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Business Development
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales documentation
- Present regular sales performance updates to management
