Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager,, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.

 Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients & generate revenue.

 Pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

 Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve targets.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements.

 Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.

Mandatory Requirements

Digital Marketing Sales.

 Minimum 1-2 year experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.

 Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

 Ability to identify opportunities & convert leads into business.

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Requirements

 Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing sector.

 Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.

 Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

 Strong networking skills and existing industry contacts.

 Proficiency in English (verbal & written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
