About The Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our travel packages business. The role focuses on managing sales operations, driving revenue, leading a small team, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced travel environment.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of domestic and international travel packages

Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue

Handle key client relationships and escalations

Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and daily MIS reports

Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a travel packages company
