Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in managing sales operations across various industries. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with clients to achieve company objectives. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding our market presence through effective management of outside sales activities, business development initiatives, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage B2B sales efforts, including prospecting new clients and maintaining existing accounts
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and forecast future performance
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry networking
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance overall client experience

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development roles within technology or related sectors
  • Strong background in B2B sales, technical sales, or account management with demonstrated success in achieving targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of sales professionals is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting client relationships
  • Analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and performance evaluation
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs

Pay: $40,000.00 - $71,934.73 per year
