As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Executive who will actively drive freight forwarding sales and expand our international customer portfolio.


Responsibilities;


  • Develop and execute sales strategies for freight forwarding services
  • Actively acquire new customers and manage existing client portfolios
  • Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on freight forwarding quotations
  • Work closely with Pricing and Operations teams to deliver competitive and feasible solutions
  • Identify new trade lanes, market opportunities, and target industries
  • Conduct customer visits and build long-term business relationships
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates


Requirements;


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding sales
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding operations and pricing
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • Advanced / Fluent English is mandatory (international clients and agents)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
