Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Real Estate (Individual Contributor) is responsible for achieving property sales targets through direct client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closures. This role focuses on personal sales performance rather than team management, requiring strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and end-to-end handling of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close property sales independently
  • Handle direct client interactions including calls, meetings, and site visits
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and documentation
  • Conduct property presentations and negotiations with buyers
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
  • Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for deal closures
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
