Due to our continued growth in the Middle East region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Saudi Arabia to strengthen our commercial presence in key sectors such as oil & gas, energy, refinery, pipeline, or industrial sectors.


Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with asset owners, operators, and service partners, connecting with key business executives, and securing orders to achieve regional growth targets. Developing new customer relationships and expanding business with existing customers are core responsibilities of this role.


You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Data Analysis, and Project Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial excellence.


Job Description

  • Achieve sales and revenue objectives by establishing and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Identify, map, and penetrate key accounts by building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales plan aligned with regional and company strategy.
  • Support Sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial justifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Review scopes of work for feasibility in collaboration with the GSE (Global Support Engineering), and Operations.
  • Lead complex tenders and long-term service contract opportunities from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Attend client meetings for important discussions, when required, throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal stage to project completion.
  • Conduct post-project review meetings to assess customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Intero professionally and positively in the market, at client meetings, and at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and evolving customer requirements and exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Ensure all sales and project-related documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper commercial handover to Project Management and Operations in accordance with defined process flows.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and quotas defined during the budgeting process.
  • Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Continuously develop technical and market knowledge related to inspection, integrity, and industrial services.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical/commercial discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in technical services or project-based environments.
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, refinery, pipeline, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to progress opportunities through multiple stages of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person and virtual).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce systems.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
