Sales Manager, B2C,
responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the B2C sales and support function, working together with the Head of Revenue. The role oversees a large, round-the-clock operation and ensures exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent achievement of KPIs. The ideal candidate leads with integrity, motivates high-performing teams, and contributes to strengthening the MFZ brand within its prestigious business community.
Key Accountabilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a B2C sales and support team of approximately 40 team members within a 24/7 operational environment.

Drive function revenue performance, ensuring monthly and annual KPIs are consistently exceeded.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the B2C function, including sales activities, client engagement, and customer support.

Ensure all prospective and existing clients receive the highest level of service and timely follow-up.

Monitor and manage KPIs including application volumes, revenue, gross profit, and immediate contact metrics.

Ensure full compliance with UAE business set-up rules, regulations, and internal policies across the team.

Develop, implement, and monitor training and performance development programs to enhance team capability.

Produce regular performance reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Act as a problem solver, addressing operational and people-related challenges while maintaining team harmony.

Enforce performance standards and take corrective action when required.

Collaborate closely with other Heads of Department to align efforts toward the company mission of making entrepreneurship accessible.

Represent and uphold the MFZ brand values in all internal and external engagements.
To join our team, you will have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

6- 8+ year’s demonstrably successful experience in sales.

Proven experience in B2C sales leadership within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong people management experience, including leading large teams and 24/7 operations.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing KPIs.

In-depth understanding of sales performance management, reporting, and forecasting.

Knowledge of UAE business set-up regulations and compliance requirements is highly preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with the confidence to take decisive action when needed.

Experience in training, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.
