Carolina Ridge Roofing is growing and looking to add motivated Sales Representatives to our team. If you are driven, coachable, and ready to control your income, we want to talk to you.

Roofing sales experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you have sales experience, strong communication skills, or a competitive mindset, you will excel in this role.

This position is performance-based — you truly get out what you put in. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Generate new business through door knocking and referrals
• Inspect roofs and educate homeowners
• Assist homeowners through the sales and insurance process
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable talking to homeowners
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic
