Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, strengthening referral networks, and expanding CVF’s presence among SMEs, startups, and growing businesses.

This role requires a consultative sales approach — understanding client challenges and positioning CVF’s expertise as a strategic solution.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients (SMEs, startups, professionals)
  • Develop referral channels (lawyers, bankers, consultants)
  • Participate in networking events and business forums
  • Generate consistent qualified leads monthly

2️ Client Conversion

  • Conduct client meetings (online/offline)
  • Understand compliance & financial requirements
  • Coordinate with internal team for proposal structuring
  • Close deals with professional fee negotiation

3️ Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Increase client billing value through cross-selling
  • Promote high-value services like VCFO & advisory packages

4️ Relationship Management

  • Ensure structured follow-ups
  • Smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Work closely with operations for seamless delivery

5️ Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain lead tracker / CRM
  • Weekly reporting to management
  • Track conversion ratios & pipeline status

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate (Commerce preferred; MBA in Sales is a plus)
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales (Financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of GST/Tax/ROC preferred
  • Target-driven mindset

Compensation Structure (Suggested)

Pay: ₹16,085.44 - ₹28,000.26 per month
