We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head / Sales Manager with strong medical consumables market experience in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing sales operations, developing distributor and hospital networks, and driving sustainable business growth within the Kuwait healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets in Kuwait
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance
  • Handle key accounts including government hospitals, private hospitals, clinics, and medical centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, purchasing departments, and decision-makers
  • Manage institutional sales, tenders, and negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in medical consumables sales in Kuwait (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of Kuwait healthcare market, MOH procedures, and tender processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage distributors and institutional clients effectively
  • Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel within Kuwait as required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive fixed salary (based on experience)
  • Attractive sales commission / performance-based incentives (in addition to salary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD600.000 - KD800.000 per month
