Job Description - Sales & Business Development Manager

Role: Sales & Business Development Manager

Languages : English,Hindi, Kannada(must),Other Regional Languages(added advantage)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Education: BBA / MBA

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Salary : 6 LPA - 9 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven sales professional who will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets while also driving team performance and pipeline movement.

The candidate must independently close deals, handle client relationships and at the same time guide, track and improve team conversions. This role requires ownership, leadership mindset and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual monthly revenue and closure targets
  • Drive team target achievement and monitor daily performance
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout sales and execution
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits and negotiations
  • Coordinate with sales, design and operations teams for proposal sharing and execution readiness
  • Guide team members on follow-ups, objection handling and conversion strategy
  • Maintain active pipeline and accurate sales forecasting
  • Handle key and critical client discussions and escalations
  • Ensure proposal turnaround time and closure discipline
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
  • Follow up on payments and ensure smooth project handover to internal teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Interior / Project Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets and handling closures independently
  • Experience in handling client meetings, site visits and commercial negotiations
  • Prior exposure to guiding or supporting team members in sales performance preferred
  • Good understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel and reporting practices
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
