Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Local & Export) to lead our sales operations in the honey processing and filtration business. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding export markets, and achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Lead and manage the sales team to ensure performance and growth

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international (export) markets

· Handle key accounts including distributors, supermarkets, wholesalers, HORECA, and industrial clients

· Promote and sell bulk honey, filtered honey, packed honey, and customized packaging solutions

· Explore new export markets and build strong relationships with international buyers

· Coordinate with logistics, production, QC, and documentation team for smooth export order execution

· Ensure timely preparation and coordination of export-related documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Health Certificate, etc.)

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers and overseas clients

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies

· Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on receivables

· Prepare sales reports, export pipeline updates, forecasts, and management presentations

· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings when required

Requirements

· Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field

· Minimum 5–8 years experience in sales in UAE/GCC Local and export market (FMCG / food products preferred)

· Experience in export sales and handling international clients is mandatory/preferred

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of honey industry, honey grades, filtration process, and bulk trading

· Familiarity with UAE/GCC export market and international trade practices

· Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and overseas buyers

· Strong communication and reporting skills

· Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
