About the Company

We are an established and fast-growing paints manufacturing company specializing in high-quality decorative and industrial coatings. Our products serve dealers, contractors, projects, and institutional clients. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and strengthen our market position.


Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth , managing distributor and dealer networks, leading the sales team, and developing new markets. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge of paints, and hands-on experience in channel and project sales.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new markets, territories, dealers, and project opportunities
  • Expand market share in decorative and/or industrial paints segments
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Channel & Customer Management

  • Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers, distributors, and retailers
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and project clients
  • Handle major negotiations, pricing approvals, and key account management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and control of outstanding receivables


Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team and field staff
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and track performance regularly
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and market visits
  • Support the team with joint customer visits and closing key deals

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and performance analysis
  • Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience , preferably in paints or coatings industry
  • Strong understanding of decorative paints / industrial paints / project sales
  • Proven experience managing dealer and distributor networks
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
