Sales Manager

HKZ Interior Designing Company is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the interior design & fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new residential & commercial interior projects
• Build strong client and developer relationships
• Prepare proposals, quotations & close deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 3–5 years UAE sales experience in interior design / fit-out / construction
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Excellent communication & leadership abilities
• UAE driving license preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
