Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts, market penetration, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience within Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) hospitality market and possess strong knowledge of local corporate, government, and travel trade segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within RAK market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, government entities, DMCs, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close group, corporate, and long-stay business.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends within RAK.
  • Coordinate with Revenue, Front Office, and F&B departments for seamless execution of bookings.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
  • Represent the hotel in exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
