Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Diesel, Transport, Metal & Plastic Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in diesel sales, transportation services, and metal & plastic product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in diesel distribution, transport services, and metal & plastic product markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, fleet operators, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven sales management experience in:
  • Diesel / Petroleum product sales
  • Transport & logistics services
  • Metal & plastic manufacturing or trading
  • Strong network within industrial, transport, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license (if required for field visits).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
