MBAC Properties is a growing real estate brokerage company based in Dubai. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team, closing high- value property deals, and achieving company sales targets. The ideal candidate is an experienced real estate professional with strong leadership skills and multilingual communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage high-value client relationships and close property deals
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training
• Ensure proper use of CRM systems and lead management processes
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic & English mandatory, French is a plus
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
• At least 1–2 years in a managerial or team leader role
• Strong closing skills and proven sales track record
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Good understanding of Dubai real estate laws and procedures
• Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 8,000
• 10% of total commission on closed deals
• Renewable 6-month contract
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
