Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manger– Durlabh Darshan Kendra

Location: Ujjain

Role Objective

To take complete ownership of the P&L and revenue targets for all Durlabh Darshan Kendras in Ujjain. The primary goal is to drive profitability by leading the sales team and ensuring excellent on-ground customer engagement and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

P&L and Revenue Ownership: Own the achievement of revenue and profitability targets for the Kendra(Ujjain).
Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategies to maximize ticket sales, product sales, and revenue per customer.
Sales Execution: Directly approach and engage customers at the Kendras(Ujjain) to drive sales.
On-Ground Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales executives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Performance Management: Set clear sales quotas, monitor daily/weekly performance, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Reporting: Oversee daily sales operations, analyze sales data, and provide reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer engagement and service at the Kendras(Ujjain).

Ideal Candidate
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in sales leadership or senior sales executive role, with proven success in Kendras(Ujjain) sales.
Retail Focus: Direct customer-facing retail experience is mandatory.
On-Ground Smartness: Hands-on, field-smart professional who excels in approaching and converting walk-in customers.
Leadership: Experience in training, mentoring, and managing a sales team.
Results-Oriented: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics, analyze performance, and drive improvements.
