Sales Manager

Required: Technical knowledge and Experience in Marketing of raw materials and ingredients for Personal Care and color Cosmetics.

Must have Knowledge and experience in marketing of Raw Material for Personal Care/Cosmetic ingredients and have worked in similar stream .

Geographical location for this job- The candidate is required to visit customers in Delhi NCR , North India and generate business by introducing new products.

Proven Experience : profound market knowledge and technical knowledge will be added advantage.Technically qualified candidates shall be given preference,

Candidate must have to handle the task Independently , should be able to take commercial decisions.

• Sales & service to existing customers.
• key account mangement.
• Business development- Developing & Indentifying new market and new customers, also selling experience thru channel partner.
• Should be able to generate business leads & new product development at earliest due to past experience

· Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales prospects through networking, social media, and cold calling/emailing.

· Customer Relationship Management: Understanding client needs, building rapport, and maintaining high satisfaction to secure repeat business.

· Sales Presentations: Conducting product demos and tailored presentations to potential clients, highlighting value propositions

· Closing & Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales and meet/exceed revenue targets.

· Market Research: Analyzing competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

· Reporting & CRM: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software and providing regular sales reports to management

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

• Preference shall be given to B.Sc/B. Pharma/B.tech(Chemical Engineering) as academic qualification.
• We shall be providing technical training to candidates to familiarize them with our product line.
• Should have own conveyance to commute.
