Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships and revenue-driving collaborations across key markets. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and structuring impactful collaborations that align with the publication’s editorial vision and commercial growth.

This is a relationship-driven role suited to someone who understands how premium brands engage with media platforms and how to position partnerships as long-term, mutually valuable collaborations.

The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the UAE or Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and brand positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders, agencies, and key partners
  • Lead partnership conversations from outreach through negotiation and closing
  • Structure and present tailored partnership proposals and commercial packages
  • Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term collaboration and repeat business
  • Evaluate opportunities and align partnerships with editorial direction and audience positioning
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, production, and leadership teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential partners and track performance of partnerships
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial collaboration roles
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close partnership or sponsorship agreements
  • Background in media, lifestyle, creative, or luxury-focused environments is highly relevant
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to work remotely and independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing key accounts or strategic partnerships
  • Understanding of brand collaboration models and integrated campaigns
  • Strong network across relevant industries and markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
