We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition strategy. You are not selling generic “social media management”; you are acting as a strategic consultant, selling high-ticket retainers, advanced tech infrastructure, and predictable ROI to Tier-A clients (Banks, Fintechs, Real Estate, and Retail).
If you understand unit economics (LTV:CAC), performance marketing, and digital transformation, and you know how to close deals, this is your arena.
- Drive High-Ticket Revenue: Pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise-level contracts for our core products: The Catalyst system (Retainer) and Tech Sovereignty (Custom App/Web Development).
- Target Tier-A Decision Makers: Identify and build relationships with C-level executives (CMOs, CTOs, Founders, and CFOs) in the Fintech, Banking, and Corporate sectors across Egypt and the GCC.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct “Growth Audits” for prospects. You will diagnose their current marketing/tech bottlenecks and position ARQQA’s systems (Predictability, Data-over-Ego, Tech Security) as the ultimate solution.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales pipeline using our CRM. Provide accurate weekly forecasting to the executive team.
- Cross-Selling & Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients and introduce them to our broader ecosystem, including our B.O.T (Build-Operate-Transfer) and Staff Augmentation (Talent Roots) models.
- Proven Track Record: 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital agency, tech consultancy, SaaS, or performance marketing environment.
- Industry Fluency: You speak the language of growth. You understand Performance Marketing (CPA, ROAS, App Installs) and have a working knowledge of Tech Development stacks (you know the difference between a cheap template and custom React/Laravel infrastructure).
- The “Hunter” Mentality: You do not wait for inbound leads. You know how to prospect, qualify, and hunt Tier-A targets aggressively but professionally.
- Executive Presence: Flawless communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. You are comfortable challenging a CEO’s current strategy with data.
- System-Oriented: You appreciate operational discipline and are comfortable working within a highly structured environment (we run our agency on strict ClickUp workflows).
